Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipping:

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

  • To cancel, please contact our support team at Shreekalikaf@gmail.com or call us at +91 7505388261 with your order number.

  • If the order hasn’t been shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund to your original payment method.

After Shipping:

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • You may still request a return after receiving the order (refer to our Return Policy).

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.

  • The product is unavailable or out of stock and your order is canceled by us.

  • The order was canceled within the eligible time frame before shipping.

3. Refund Process

Once your return/cancellation is approved:

  • Refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.).

  • Products can be returned within 5 working days

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit after you provide your bank details.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or altered products

  • Final sale or discounted items

  • Products returned in damaged condition or without original packaging and tags

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  • Email us at Shreekalikaf@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • Attach clear photos if the product is defective or damaged.

  • Mention your order number, reason for refund, and contact details.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Products will be delivered within 5 days
